Maharaja & Speedex India Limited was originally incorporated as “Maharaja Cookers Private Limited” on February 15, 2006, under the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the Company changed its name to “Maharaja & Speedex India Private Limited” on February 1, 2024, to incorporate its brand name and support its business operations. Thereafter, the Company was converted into a public limited company in 2026 and renamed “Maharaja & Speedex India Limited”, with a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued on January 15, 2026.
Maharaja & Speedex India Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of drinkware, primarily stainless-steel bottles and related products, catering to retail and institutional customers across India. Its operations cover manufacturing, branding, marketing and distribution of reusable drinkware designed to meet consumer demand for durable, hygienic and sustainable alternatives to plastic products.
The Company’s product portfolio is divided into Standard Products and Novelty Products. Standard Products comprise stainless-steel bottles for regular use, while Novelty Products include tumblers, feeding bottles and gym shakers. These products are offered across mass, premium and lifestyle segments, enabling the Company to cater to a broad range of customers.
The Company also undertakes OEM and private-label manufacturing, providing customised drinkware solutions for corporate gifting programmes, institutional buyers and brand partners. This allows it to serve both B2C and B2B markets while developing relationships with distributors, retailers and institutional customers.
The Company follows an integrated, asset-backed business model supported by in-house manufacturing capabilities, with its manufacturing operations primarily undertaken through its subsidiary. This provides greater control over product quality, production processes and product development. The subsidiary’s manufacturing facilities are equipped with modern machinery and advanced production lines, enabling large-scale production and customisation across different drinkware categories

Strong Supplier & Customer Relationships: The Company has developed long-term relationships with a diversified base of customers and suppliers, supported by consistent product quality, timely delivery and responsive service, contributing to business stability and growth.
Diversified Product Portfolio: The Company offers a wide range of stainless-steel consumer products across different price segments, from mass-market to premium products, catering to varied customer needs, preferences and purchasing capabilities.
Experienced Management Team: The Company is supported by an experienced management team with expertise in manufacturing, operations, product development, sales, marketing and finance, supporting its transition from a trading business to an integrated manufacturing and distribution platform.
Dependence on Distribution Network: The Company relies on its distribution network across India, including around 101 offline distributors, e-commerce marketplaces, its website and other digital platforms. Any disruption in these distribution channels could adversely affect its business, cash flows and financial performance.
Channel Conflict from OEM & Private-Label Products: The Company manufactures similar stainless-steel products for third parties under OEM and private-label arrangements. This may create competition with its own branded products and could affect brand positioning and growth strategies.
Ongoing Legal Proceedings: The Company, along with certain Promoters, Directors, KMPs, Senior Management and Subsidiaries, is involved in various legal proceedings. Any adverse judgment or penalties could result in additional expenses and current or contingent liabilities, adversely affecting the Company’s business and results of operations.
Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings availed by the Company and its subsidiary from banks.
Funding capital expenditure towards the purchase of plant and machinery at the existing manufacturing facility of the wholly-owned subsidiary.
