Farm Peace Limited was originally incorporated as Farm Peace Private Limited on October 20, 2021, under the Companies Act, 2013. The Company was subsequently converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed on July 23, 2024, and its name was changed to Farm Peace Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on October 14, 2024.
Farm Peace is an integrated contract farming company specialising in processed-grade potato varieties. The Company operates under a 100% buy-back model, under which it provides participating farmers with certified seed varieties, agricultural inputs, agronomic support and technical assistance throughout the crop cycle. Its support covers activities including seed selection, land and soil preparation, irrigation, pest management, harvesting and post-harvest handling.
The Company primarily focuses on processed-grade potato varieties such as Santana, Frysona, Innovator, Lady Rosetta and Chipsona. These varieties are supplied to food processing companies for applications including French fries, potato chips, flakes, powders and other value-added potato products. The Company’s buy-back arrangements help provide farmers with greater visibility over the market for their produce while supporting a consistent supply of raw material for processors.
Farm Peace operates mainly across the Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Mehsana and Banaskantha districts of Gujarat. Its operations are supported by a proprietary Farm Peace mobile application, launched in September 2023, which facilitates transparency, traceability and monitoring across the crop cycle. The Company also uses cold storage and temperature-controlled logistics to support the movement and preservation of harvested potatoes before they reach processing companies.
The Company has expanded its cultivation and production scale over the past few years. In Fiscal 2026, it produced approximately 61,680 metric tonnes of potatoes across more than 5,660 acres, compared with 55,000 metric tonnes across 5,100 acres in Fiscal 2025 and 32,500 metric tonnes across 3,200 acres in Fiscal 2024. Its farmer network also exceeded 800 farmers during Fiscal 2026.
The Company combines traditional agricultural practices with modern farming techniques and technical support to improve productivity, maintain product quality and reduce post-harvest losses. Through its integrated approach, Farm Peace aims to connect farmers with organised food processors while strengthening the processed potato supply chain.

The Company follows a contract farming model with a 100% buy-back arrangement, providing farmers with an assured market for their produce. This helps reduce uncertainty related to market demand and pricing, while allowing farmers to focus on improving productivity and maintaining potato quality. The Company sources processing-grade potatoes from Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Mehsana, and Banaskantha districts of Gujarat. The loamy soil and cool, dry Rabi-season conditions in these regions are favourable for cultivating potatoes suitable for French fries, chips, and other processed potato products. The Company has developed a growing and organised farmer network through its seasonal buy-back model. It supports farmers by providing certified seeds, agronomic assistance, and technical guidance, while procuring their produce at predetermined prices. This model enables the Company to maintain a dependable supply of quality potatoes for its processing customers.
The Company relies on verbal arrangements with farmers, which may result in disputes, non-performance, or supply shortages, particularly when market prices increase.
Processing-grade potato cultivation is subject to seasonal and climatic conditions. Droughts, heavy rainfall, floods, extreme temperatures, hailstorms, pests, and diseases may affect crop yield, quality, and input costs.
The Company’s farming, procurement, storage, and supply-chain activities are concentrated in Gujarat. Adverse weather, regulatory changes, labour issues, transportation disruptions, or infrastructure constraints in the region could affect its operations.
