The company primarily caters to the ethnic and casual wear segments for women. Its ethnic wear portfolio includes sarees, kurtis, kurta sets, and unstitched dress materials, while the casual wear category consists of tops, tunics, dresses, and maternity gowns made from fabrics such as cotton, rayon, silk, and poly-cotton.
The company operates through both B2C and B2B business models. Under the B2C segment, it sells products through its own platform as well as third-party e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and others.
